Return Policy for Motion Maker

At Motion Maker, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and ensuring your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items purchased with a discount of 50% or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Underwear and swimwear
  • Personalized or custom-made items

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at info@motionmaker.ca to initiate your return. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive a Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send back your items.
  3. Package Your Return: Securely pack your items in the original packaging or a suitable alternative. Include the RA number and a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@motionmaker.ca. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, photos of the damage or defect.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, for damaged or defective items.
